### Panthers Triumph Over Giants in Overtime Thriller in Germany
In a matchup that showcased two of the NFL's struggling teams, the Carolina Panthers edged out the New York Giants in a tightly contested game held in Germany. Despite the game lacking in polished execution, it ended with an exhilarating finish in overtime, with the Panthers clinching a 20-17 victory.
The Panthers set the tone early, establishing a 10-0 lead by halftime and seeming to have control of the game. However, the Giants fought back valiantly in the fourth quarter, scoring 10 points to level the scoreline at 17-17, forcing the game into overtime.
Overtime began disastrously for the Giants when running back Tyrone Tracy fumbled on the very first play. Josey Jewell of the Panthers promptly recovered the ball, giving the Panthers excellent field position at the Giants' 23-yard line. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the Panthers executed three running plays straight up the middle, setting up kicker Eddy Pineiro for a game-winning field goal, which he successfully converted.
Chuba Hubbard stood out as the star performer for the Panthers, delivering the best performance of his career. He carried the ball 28 times and accumulated 153 yards on the ground. Bryce Young, the Panthers' quarterback, played with efficiency, if not flair, marking his second consecutive start with a win.
On the flip side, the Giants' offense struggled significantly. Running back Daniel Jones had a rough outing, throwing two critical interceptions. Further complicating matters, Giants rookie receiver Malik Nabers seemed hampered by a hamstring issue and later exited the game for a concussion evaluation, although he did manage to return to the field.
Despite their efforts, the Giants were unable to mount a comeback and fell short once again. For the Panthers, this victory provides a small but sweet solace as they prepare for the long flight back home. Meanwhile, the Giants are left searching for solutions to turn their season around.
