### Palantir Stock Hits Record Highs Amid Robust Earnings and Market Surge

Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR) has witnessed a notable rise in its stock value this week, as shares reach new all-time highs on Wednesday. This surge follows the company's impressive third-quarter earnings results and the broader market rally driven by Donald Trump's recent presidential election victory in the United States.

In its latest financial report, Palantir revealed earnings per share of six cents, surpassing analyst predictions of four cents. Revenue for the third quarter stood at $725.52 million, exceeding the forecasted $701.13 million and marking a 30% increase from the previous year. The company's robust sales performance was largely fueled by sustained demand in the U.S. market.

Palantir's client base saw a significant increase, with customer count rising by 39% year-over-year and 6% quarter-over-quarter. The company successfully closed 104 deals, each valued at over $1 million, during the quarter. CEO Alex Karp attributed the stellar quarterly results to the "unrelenting AI demand" that the company continues to experience.

Following the strong earnings announcement, several analysts have updated their price targets for Palantir stock. Northland Capital Markets analyst Michael Latimore raised the price target from $35 to $38, while Mizuho increased its target from $30 to $37. DA Davidson significantly lifted its target from $28 to $47. Wedbush analyst Dan Ives maintained an Outperform rating on Palantir and boosted his price target from $45 to $57, citing the company's "beats across the board" and the accelerating deal momentum related to its AI platform.

On Wednesday, Palantir's stock opened higher again, spurred by the continued enthusiasm from investors. The overall market also soared in response to Trump's presidential win, with potential policy changes such as tax cuts and trade tariff adjustments on the horizon. At the time of publication, Palantir's stock was trading at $54.02, reflecting a 5.26% increase.
