### Diddy Faces New Allegations of Sexual Assault Involving a Minor

Sean "Diddy" Combs finds himself at the center of another serious accusation, this time involving the alleged sexual assault of a 10-year-old boy. The latest complaint, filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York by attorney Tony Buzbee, is part of an anticipated wave of 120 lawsuits against the music mogul.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, currently resides in California and claims the purported assault occurred in 2005 when he was a 10-year-old aspiring actor and musician. The lawsuit outlines that his parents, hoping to advance his career, engaged an industry consultant who arranged for the family to fly from Los Angeles to New York to meet with influential music industry figures, including Combs.

During the trip, the consultant set up an "audition" with Combs, who requested to meet the boy alone before his family joined. Inside Combs' hotel room, the young boy performed several rap songs. Combs allegedly promised to make him a star and posed a question about his willingness to achieve stardom. The complaint describes how a second individual in the room gave the boy a soda, which purportedly made him feel "a little funny," indicative of having been laced with drugs such as GHB or ecstasy.

What followed were disturbing allegations: Combs allegedly coerced the boy into non-consensual sexual acts, eventually causing him to lose consciousness. Upon waking, the boy was in pain and Combs warned him against speaking out, threatening his parents’ safety. The boy was later taken back to his parents by the consultant, who observed his altered state and unusual behavior.

In response to the lawsuit, Combs' representatives released a statement vehemently denying the charges. They characterized the legal action as a grab for media attention, asserting confidence in the judicial process to reveal the truth and clear Combs of the accusations.

This new claim comes on the heels of a similar lawsuit filed the previous week, where a Jane Doe accused Combs of drugging and raping her at age 13, with the incident reportedly witnessed by unnamed celebrities. Combs remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. Arrested by Homeland Security on September 16, Combs has pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. His trial is scheduled for May next year, where he could face life imprisonment if convicted.
