### Lunds & Byerlys Recalls Lone Star Dip Due to Potential Mold Contamination

Lunds & Byerlys has issued a recall for their Lone Star Dip product due to concerns about potential mold growth. The recall, recognized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), was announced on Friday.

The Minnesota-based company is recalling around 500 containers of the dip, which were distributed in the Twin Cities and surrounding regions. The affected products are 12 oz. in size, carry the UPC 18169-74197, and have best-by dates of October 15 or 17.

The issue was initially detected by store employees who alerted the company's Quality Assurance team. Customers who have purchased the recalled dip are instructed to either destroy the product or return it for a full refund. Lunds & Byerlys is offering refunds even without a receipt.

The Lone Star Dip, according to the company's website, contains cream cheese, salsa, tarragon, and fresh lemon juice, and is marketed as a perfect companion to sandwiches, wraps, or tortilla chips.

For any queries, customers are advised to contact Lunds & Byerlys at 952-548-1400 for further assistance.
