Montecito, CA - Longevity Training Club, a new fitness facility located at 140 Hot Springs Road, celebrated its grand opening over the weekend. The club, a joint venture between owner Matt Anderson and Dr. Evan Howe, aims to provide a comprehensive approach to health, wellness, performance, and longevity for its clients.

Formerly known as Physical Focus and situated near Montecito Country Mart, the Longevity Training Club brings together the expertise of Anderson, a strength and conditioning specialist, and Howe, a doctor of physical therapy. The duo met two years ago when Howe opened a clinic within another gym owned by Anderson, Titan Sports Performance.

Driven by their shared passion, Anderson and Howe envisioned a gym that would offer personalized plans to combat the most common causes of mortality. With the Longevity Training Club, they now offer individualized, research-based evaluations to optimize performance and longevity for their clients.

"Our evaluation process identifies risk factors for heart disease, cancer, neurogenic disease, metabolic dysfunction, and accidental fall risks by improving strength, mobility, and balance deficit," explained Howe. The duo's distinct skill sets and expertise cater to clientele across different age groups, making their services suitable for both the young and the not-so-young.

The grand opening of the Longevity Training Club saw an impressive turnout, with over 100 people exploring the two-story facility. Guests had the opportunity to try out the gym equipment, meet the staff, and experience services such as massage therapy and IV supplements. Furthermore, the Santa Barbara Chef Collective, a group of private chefs specializing in home deliveries, provided healthy refreshments for the event.

Anderson and Howe have a clear mission to integrate research into their therapy and interventions, aiming to combat stress, increase vitality, and optimize longevity from an early age. They strongly believe in the importance of having a plan and showing up consistently to maintain cognitive function, physical activity, and emotional health.

The Longevity Training Club operates 24/7 with keypad entry access for its members. Services offered include one-on-one personal training, functional medicine, DNA/Inner Age blood screening, nutrition guidance, physical therapy, infrared sauna sessions, cold plunge baths, Normatec recovery gear, IV and vitamin shots, compression therapy, massage, body composition testing, and movement assessment.

As Anderson passionately put it, "Live long and strong!" With their state-of-the-art facility and comprehensive services, the Longevity Training Club offers a promising path towards achieving peak performance and optimum vitality for its members.
