In a recent development in the ongoing sex-trafficking investigation surrounding Sean 'Diddy' Combs, his youngest son, Christian 'King' Combs, has been named in a new lawsuit. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Christian, 25, has been sued for sexually assaulting Grace O'Marcaigh while she was working on a yacht chartered by his father in the summer of 2022.
The lawsuit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, goes beyond the accusations of sexual assault and also includes charges of sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress against Christian 'King' Combs. Additionally, Diddy himself is accused of aiding and abetting his son, as well as being named in the lawsuit for premises liability due to chartering the boat.
The alleged incident took place in late December of 2022, shortly before Diddy hosted a lavish yacht party on New Year's Eve. TMZ reports that O'Marcaigh claims Christian attempted to kiss and grope her after giving her a spiked shot of liquor. O'Marcaigh allegedly recorded audio of herself rejecting Christian's advances in the yacht's studio and trying to escape from him. It is further alleged that Christian forcefully demanded oral sex from O'Marcaigh.
O'Marcaigh, who has included photos of bruises on her arm obtained during the altercation while defending herself and escaping, filed the lawsuit seeking justice for the ordeal.
In response to the lawsuit, Aaron Dyer, a lawyer on Diddy and Christian's defense team, issued a statement to Us. Dyer criticized Tyrone Blackburn, the attorney representing O'Marcaigh, and pointed out a pattern of behavior in his previous lawsuits, including one involving Rodney Jones that has not yet been served. Dyer cited a recent federal judge's ruling in New York that questioned Blackburn's tactics and accused him of filing cases for media attention and quick settlements. Dyer also found it peculiar that the new lawsuit was filed in California just days after Blackburn was referred to the disciplinary committee in New York.
Meanwhile, following recent raids on Diddy's Los Angeles and Miami homes, his sons Christian 'King' and Justin were arrested last month and accused investigators of excessive use of force. The brothers have since hired attorney Jeffrey Lichtman to represent them.
As the sex-trafficking investigation unfolds, Diddy finds himself confronted with mounting sexual harassment and rape lawsuits. Most recently, Homeland Security Investigations raided his homes, reportedly seizing boxes and bags of potential evidence.
This lawsuit against Christian 'King' Combs adds another layer of complexity to the ongoing investigation, which continues to attract attention and apprehension.
