Large Fire Engulfs Sacramento, No Injuries Reported

A massive fire broke out in Sacramento on Monday, casting a thick plume of black smoke over the city before firefighters began to gain control over the blaze. The Sacramento City Fire Department reported that the fire started at approximately 2:20 p.m. at the intersection of Claire Avenue and Dry Creek Road.

Initially ignited as a grass and tree fire, the flames quickly spread to several vehicles, outbuildings, and even a residential property. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries resulting from the incident. AlertCalifornia cameras captured the dramatic scene, showing the billowing smoke gradually dissipating.

As of this writing, authorities have not released any information regarding the cause of the fire. Fire crews continue to work diligently to fully extinguish the remaining pockets of fire and ensure the safety of nearby structures.
