In a shocking turn of events, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice is now a suspected individual in a major multi-vehicle accident that occurred in northeast Dallas on Saturday evening. Law enforcement officials from The Dallas Morning News have confirmed that a vehicle believed to be registered or leased to Rice was involved in a crash on North Central Expressway.

The incident happened around 6:20 p.m. in the 6600 block of the expressway. According to preliminary investigations by Dallas Police, the crash was caused by two drivers, one in a Chevrolet Corvette and the other in a Lamborghini, who were reportedly speeding in the far-left lane near University Boulevard. Both drivers lost control of their vehicles, with the Lamborghini veering onto the shoulder and colliding with the center median wall. This collision set off a chain reaction involving four other vehicles.

Concerningly, the occupants of both the Lamborghini and the Corvette fled the scene without stopping to check if anyone needed medical assistance or providing their information. Two drivers were treated on-site for minor injuries, while two others were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Dallas Police are still working to identify the suspects involved in the hit-and-run incident.

The suspect driver of the Corvette has been identified as Rashee Rice, according to a police call sheet obtained by The Dallas Morning News. However, his alleged involvement in the crash remains unclear. Despite multiple requests for comment, spokespersons for the Kansas City Chiefs and Rice's marketing team have not responded.

A witness to the crash, Kayla Quinn, shared her account, stating that she was driving home from the Fort Worth Zoo with her 4-year-old son when her car was side-swiped by one of the vehicles involved in the crash. Quinn recalled the chaos that ensued, with multiple vehicles spinning and flipping in the air. Shockingly, the occupants of the Lamborghini appeared to remove someone from the Corvette before all five men walked away from the scene and headed towards a nearby train station.

Videos provided by Quinn revealed the extent of the damage caused to several cars, including her own white Hyundai Accent. She expressed her frustration and concern for the safety of the children involved, emphasizing the lack of sympathy shown by the occupants of the Lamborghini and the Corvette.

As of Sunday morning, Rashee Rice was not found in Dallas County jail records, and it remains uncertain if he will face any charges related to the accident. The investigation is still ongoing, and the authorities are determined to hold those responsible accountable for their actions.

Rice, a talented wide receiver, played a pivotal role in the Kansas City Chiefs' victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. He is known for his impressive performance on the field, having achieved notable success during his time at SMU.

As the news of Rice's suspected involvement spreads, the football world awaits further updates on this developing story.
