20-year-old Israeli swimmer Anastasia Gorbenko experienced a disappointing finish at the World Aquatics Championships in Qatar where she secured the second place in the women's 400-meter medley race. The event, which took place at the Aspire Dome in Doha, saw British swimmer Freya Colbert claim victory with a time of 4 minutes, 37.14 seconds. Gorbenko clocked in at 4:37.36, followed closely by Italy's Sara Franceschi who finished third in 4:37.86. The crowd's reaction towards Gorbenko was less than enthusiastic as some individuals reportedly jeered at her while she was giving post-race comments, creating a tense atmosphere at the event.
