### Green Bay Packers Announce Roster Updates Ahead of Chicago Bears Game
GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The Green Bay Packers have unveiled their updated roster in preparation for the upcoming game against the Chicago Bears this Sunday.
In a statement from Packers' General Manager Brian Gutekunst, it was revealed that cornerback Robert Rochell has been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster. Rochell, who has alternated between the practice squad and active roster throughout the season, has appeared in four games as part of the 53-man squad. Gutekunst explained that Rochell exhausted his practice squad elevations, necessitating his addition to the active roster to be eligible to play.
Additionally, the Packers have placed offensive lineman Jordan Morgan on injured reserve. This decision comes after Morgan's continued struggle with a shoulder injury sustained during training camp. Gutekunst noted that Morgan had already missed three consecutive games earlier in the season due to aggravating the injury.
These latest roster changes highlight the Packers' strategic moves as they gear up for their rivalry game against the Bears.
