Gisele Bundchen, the ex-wife of Tom Brady, expressed her disappointment with the jokes made at the Tom Brady roast held on Sunday night. The Netflix special, which lasted for three hours, featured several roasters who spared no topics in their comedic jabs at the football star. However, it was evident that some of the jokes crossed the line for Gisele.

According to People.com, Gisele was deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family during the roast show. While a roast typically allows for jokes that may touch on sensitive subjects, it seems that Gisele felt that her family's privacy was intruded upon.

The night started with the host, Kevin Hart, making multiple jokes about Brady and Gisele's relationship. Hart playfully poked fun at Brady's decision to come out of retirement to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, commenting that Brady had no choice but to embrace the single life. He also made a quip about Gisele allegedly dating her Jiu-Jitsu instructor, suggesting that even Brady, known for his intelligence on the field, did not see it coming.

Notably, jokes about Brady's children and Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots, were deemed off-limits by the roasters. Nikki Glaser, one of the roasters, explained on The Howard Stern Show that they collectively agreed not to involve Brady's children in the jokes as they did not deserve to be targeted. Additionally, many felt uncomfortable making jokes about Kraft's alleged involvement in a massage parlor scandal, especially considering the possibility of his attendance at the event.

Despite the agreed boundaries, Jeff Ross managed to make a joke about Kraft, which did not sit well with Brady. The seven-time Super Bowl champion took to the podium to express his disapproval, making it clear that such jokes were not acceptable.

Although jokes about Brady's divorce were fair game, it appears that Gisele would have preferred if her name had not been used extensively during the event. While the roast allowed for humor that pushed boundaries, Gisele hoped for a level of respect concerning her personal life.

The Tom Brady roast generated plenty of talk and laughter, but it also highlighted the importance of striking a balance between humor and sensitivity. While some may argue that roasts are meant to be provocative and boundary-breaking, it is crucial to remember that the individuals being roasted have feelings that should be respected.

In the aftermath of the roast, it remains to be seen how Brady and Gisele will address the jokes that went too far. However, this incident serves as a reminder that even in comedy, there are limits that should be considered to ensure that everyone involved feels comfortable and respected.
