### Kanye West Accused of Drugging and Assaulting Former Assistant in Amended Lawsuit

Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, is facing serious allegations from his former executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. In her revised complaint filed on October 8, Pisciotta alleges that West drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session in Santa Monica, California. The session was co-hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs, who, while mentioned in the complaint, is not accused of any wrongdoing in this particular case.

Pisciotta initially sued West in June for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Her updated complaint includes new accusations. She claims that during the studio session, drinks were served, and attendees were coerced into consuming them if they wished to stay. Pisciotta alleges that after consuming a drink, she felt disoriented and lost control over her body and speech, waking up the next morning with little recollection of the night's events, feeling ill and confused.

Years later, Pisciotta claims West vaguely admitted to "hooking up" that night, which led her to realize she had been sexually assaulted while incapacitated. Fearing retaliation from West and others in the music industry, Pisciotta says she cautiously navigated her departure from working under him, only to be fired shortly thereafter.

Pisciotta's lawsuit builds upon the claims she previously laid out. She asserts West employed her in July 2021, promising a $1 million salary and around-the-clock availability. By August 2022, Pisciotta says West asked her to delete her lucrative OnlyFans account in exchange for $1 million — a promise she says he never fulfilled.

The complaint further alleges her promotion to chief of staff in September 2022 came with a promised $3 million bonus, only to have her fired the following month without receiving any compensation for her work. Pisciotta is now seeking at least $4 million in damages for sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment.

Pisciotta’s amended complaint also details vulgar texts and messages she purportedly received from West, including graphic sexual content, intimate photos of Yeezy employees, and videos of West engaging in sexual acts and masturbating.

West's legal team has dismissed these allegations as "baseless" and claim that Pisciotta sought to leverage her relationship with West for personal gain. They also accuse her of blackmail and stealing West's phone to eliminate records that would contradict her claims.

While Ye's representatives have yet to comment on the new lawsuit, this case adds to a growing list of legal challenges the rapper has faced recently.
