### Famous Friends of Sean 'Diddy' Combs Allegedly Settling Abuse Cases Quietly: Attorney

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee has claimed that some of Sean "Diddy" Combs' well-known acquaintances are settling accusations of sexual abuse privately to avoid being implicated in upcoming lawsuits. Buzbee, who represents over 100 victims, asserted that these celebrities allegedly assisted Combs in covering up the abuse during his parties.

In a recent appearance on TMZ Live, Buzbee stated, "If you were attending one of these parties and knew about or participated in the use of drugs to coerce individuals, or if you watched or helped cover it up, you have a problem."

Buzbee is preparing to initiate legal action against a number of prominent celebrities on behalf of his clients, but he did not disclose specific names. He did reveal, however, that some celebrities have already settled to keep their names out of the public eye. "We've resolved matters with several individuals, some of which are widely known," he said.

On October 1, Buzbee filed a class-action lawsuit against Combs, representing 120 victims. He disclosed that some of the accusers were minors at the time of the alleged abuse, with the youngest being just 9 years old. The attorney claims the abuse began as early as 1991 and continued into 2024, spanning across several states including California, Florida, Georgia, and New York.

Combs' legal team has strongly denied the allegations. "Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors," stated his attorney Erica Wolff. "He looks forward to proving his innocence in court."

Combs was arrested on September 16 and has been charged with sex trafficking crimes. He remains in custody after both of his bail requests were denied. Federal prosecutors allege that Combs used his businesses, such as Bad Boy Entertainment and Combs Enterprises, as vehicles for his criminal activities, encompassing threats, violence, and various forms of abuse to exploit victims.

Authorities claim that Combs and his employees used intimidation and deceit to lure female victims, often posing as romantic partners, and then coerced them into engaging in sex acts with male commercial sex workers, a practice Combs referred to as "Freak Offs."
