The auction also featured luxury wristwatches selling for six figures each and "Flower Thrower Triptych," a Banksy painting that Elton acquired directly from the artist, was sold for just over $1.9 million.
The auction, titled The Collection of Sir Elton John: Goodbye Peachtree Road, began on Wednesday night, with more items scheduled to be auctioned off in person on Thursday and Friday.
