EA Sports has shared new insights into the highly anticipated College Football 25 game, set to be fully revealed in May. The game will feature over 11,000 college football players who can opt-in to be part of the virtual experience. Players choosing to participate will receive $600 and a copy of the game, valued at $70, with the potential for additional annual compensation if they remain in the game for multiple years.

In an article by ESPN, EA Sports confirmed that the popular game modes Dynasty Mode and Road to Glory will make a return in College Football 25. The game will also utilize the same engine as the Madden series, include all bowl games, and introduce a 12-team College Football playoff system. The inclusion of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) and the transfer portal will also be part of the game's features.

While all 134 FBS schools have agreed to participate in College Football 25, real-life coaches, including prominent figures like University of Georgia's head coach Kirby Smart, will not be featured initially. However, EA Sports Vice President of Business Development Sean O'Brien hinted that coaches may be included in future iterations, with a consideration to allow them to opt-in beyond Year 1.

The full reveal of EA Sports College Football 25 is slated for May, with the game's release window set for this summer. Fans eagerly awaiting the game can expect a comprehensive look at the features and gameplay in just a few months.
