In the legal documents, Prince Harry's name is mentioned only once as an example of a well-known celebrity associate of Combs. Both Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William, were seen with Combs and Kanye West in 2007 following their performance in the Concert for Diana at Wembley stadium.

In his lawsuit, Jones alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him and hosted parties attended by sex workers and underage girls. He claims that Combs coerced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to engage in sexual activities with them. Combs, a 54-year-old media mogul, vehemently denies these allegations, referring to them as "pure fiction."

Combs is currently facing lawsuits from three other women who have also accused him of sexual abuse. Federal agents recently searched two of his properties in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing investigation conducted by US Homeland Security. The agency stated that the searches were carried out as part of an investigation, with assistance from local law enforcement partners.

This is not the first time Combs has faced such allegations. Last year, his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, sued him, claiming that she had been raped, drugged, and assaulted by Combs over a span of ten years. The lawsuit was settled the following day. However, more lawsuits were filed in the following month, alleging sexual abuse or participation in revenge pornography.
