The highly anticipated Chicago Sports Network (CHSN) is all set to make its debut in October, bringing comprehensive coverage of the Chicago Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox games to fans across multiple platforms. With over 300 live games annually, along with top-notch pre-and-post game analysis and 24/7 multisport programming, CHSN aims to reach the widest audience possible.

CHSN will operate from state-of-the-art production studios located in both Chicago's United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field, ensuring high visibility and seamless coverage for viewers. The network will initially kick off with Blackhawks and Bulls preseason games, while the first White Sox game is scheduled to be broadcast in 2025. Meanwhile, all remaining 2024 White Sox games will continue to air on NBC Sports Chicago.

This exciting network is a joint venture between the three teams - Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox - and Standard Media. Pending league approvals, CHSN is projected to cater to a widely expanded Midwest footprint, encompassing most of Illinois, along with parts of Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

CHSN has already secured agreements with traditional cable providers and streaming services, ensuring its accessibility to a broad range of viewers. Additionally, the network will be freely available via over-the-air broadcast, allowing fans to tune in without any subscription requirements.

Jason Coyle, a veteran in Chicago-based sports media leadership, has been appointed as the President of CHSN. Coyle expressed the network's dedication to serving fans by prioritizing their needs throughout the design process. The team has been focused on finding the best approach to distribution and pushing the boundaries of in-game and studio production to provide an enhanced viewing experience for the audience.

Standard Media, the partner of the teams, brings decades of experience in negotiating distribution deals with cable and streaming services. With their expertise and support, CHSN aims to bring its coverage to as many platforms and markets as possible, within the rights allowed.

The network is actively building its team and has commenced the hiring process. As distribution and other agreements are finalized, the CHSN team will continue to make announcements throughout the summer. For further updates, fans can visit CHSN.com.
