**Bills Face Key Absences and Questionable Returns Against 49ers**

The Buffalo Bills will be missing an essential offensive weapon for their upcoming game against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Head coach Sean McDermott confirmed in an interview with WGR 550 that tight end Dalton Kincaid will not be available to play. Kincaid, currently in his second season, is sidelined due to a knee injury. He was also absent in the November 17th victory over Kansas City before the team's bye week. To date, Kincaid has made 34 receptions for 356 yards and scored two touchdowns in 2024.

On a more positive note, the Bills might see the return of standout linebacker Matt Milano. Having been a full participant in practice sessions on both Wednesday and Thursday, Milano's recovery from a torn biceps suffered during training camp appears promising. Though his status remains questionable, the indications suggest he has a good chance to make his season debut on Sunday.

The Bills are also monitoring the conditions of receiver Keon Coleman and defensive tackle DeWayne Carter, who are both dealing with wrist injuries. Like Milano, Carter would need to be activated off injured reserve to take the field this weekend. Meanwhile, offensive tackle Spencer Brown has been cleared to play despite dealing with an ankle issue. However, offensive tackle Tylan Grable will stay on injured reserve with a groin injury.

A win on Sunday would not just be a morale booster but could also secure the AFC East title for the Bills. With key players either sidelined or returning from injury, the team's depth and resilience will be put to the test against the 49ers.
