Buckeye, Arizona - Buckeye police are reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying two individuals involved in a disturbing incident of apparent assault and abduction that took place at a Circle K convenience store near Interstate 10 and Watson Road. The incident, which occurred on February 23, was captured on surveillance video and has raised serious concerns among authorities.

According to investigators, a witness contacted the police at around 10:00 p.m. that day after witnessing a woman being forcefully dragged into a vehicle before it quickly fled the scene. The surveillance footage reveals an SUV pulling up to a gas pump, with a woman exiting from the passenger seat and swiftly running towards the convenience store. A man then emerges from the SUV and forcibly pulls her back into the vehicle.

Sergeant Tamela Skaggs of the Buckeye Police Department expressed deep concern over the video, stating, "That video is extremely concerning to us, and we understand that it would be concerning to the viewers as well. This is why we are appealing to the public for any information that could help us identify these two individuals and determine the well-being of the woman."

Following the incident, the vehicle in question reportedly fled from the gas station on Watson Road, heading towards I-10. The police believe the vehicle involved is a gray Nissan Rogue manufactured between 2021 and 2023. At present, there is no information available regarding the relationship between the suspects or their connection to the victim, adding to the urgency of the investigation.

"We know nothing about these two subjects - if they know each other, if they're in a relationship together - we don't know anything about them," Sgt. Skaggs stated. "The timing in this investigation is extremely crucial. Watching that video, we are concerned for that female. There are too many unknowns in this investigation. Right now, that video is all that we have."
