**Buffalo Bills Rule Out Dalton Kincaid, List Three Players as Questionable for Sunday Night's Game**

The Buffalo Bills' head coach, Sean McDermott, has confirmed that tight end Dalton Kincaid will not be participating in the upcoming Sunday night game against the 49ers due to a knee injury. This announcement was made during McDermott’s appearance on WGR550 on Friday.

In addition to Kincaid’s confirmed absence, wide receiver Keon Coleman, linebacker Matt Milano, and DeWayne Carter are all listed as questionable. Both Coleman and Carter are dealing with wrist injuries, while Milano is facing a biceps issue. Coleman, who has already missed the last two games, has been limited in practice sessions throughout the week.

The team has until 4 p.m. on Saturday to decide whether to activate either Milano or Carter from the injured reserve list. McDermott mentioned that the team's approach is to assess the condition of these players daily to make informed decisions.

On a positive note, offensive tackle Spencer Brown, who missed Week 11 against the Chiefs due to an ankle injury, is cleared to play in the upcoming match against the 49ers. His return will be a significant boost for Buffalo as they face a challenging opponent.
