**Bam Margera Released from Jail and Enters Rehab to Turn Life Around**

Bam Margera, the well-known "Jackass" star, has been released from jail and is heading straight into treatment to reclaim control over his life, TMZ has revealed. According to Margera's lawyer, Michael T. van der Veen, this marks a significant court victory for the actor, who aims to get his successful career and family life back on track after completing a short-term treatment program.

Margera is set to receive inpatient treatment at Recovery Centers of America. Sources close to the situation indicate that his legal case will officially be closed once his treatment is completed. However, if he does not comply with the treatment protocol, a bench warrant will be issued.

Earlier this year, Margera had been entangled in legal issues. He was sentenced to six months of probation in June after pleading guilty to three counts of disorderly conduct. The charges stemmed from an incident in 2023 involving an alleged assault on his brother, threats to his family, and an attempted escape from police. He eventually surrendered to authorities and negotiated a plea deal.

Margera had managed to stay out of trouble for a while following his probation sentence. However, on September 16, he found himself in legal hot water again, being arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, along with summary reckless driving and other related offenses.

Now, with this latest development, Margera is taking steps to turn his life around, focusing on his recovery and future.
