### Anthony Edwards Makes NBA History Against Chicago Bulls

Minnesota Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards has once again etched his name in the record books with a stellar performance against the Chicago Bulls. The Timberwolves secured their fifth victory of the season at United Center, defeating the Bulls in a commanding game.

Having entered the match with a 4-3 record, Minnesota looked to build upon their momentum following a decisive win over the Charlotte Hornets. Edwards, who had scored 21 points in the previous game, extended his streak of 20-point games to seven at the start of this season.

Elevating his performance further, Edwards scored an impressive 33 points against Chicago, marking his 69th career game with 30 points or more. This achievement ties him with Los Angeles Lakers' star Anthony Davis for the 15th most 30-point games by a player aged 23 or younger, according to Basketball Reference's StatHead.

The next milestone for Edwards to surpass on this prestigious list is held by Bulls legend Michael Jordan, who notched 78 career games with at least 30 points before turning 24. At just 23 years old, Edwards is well-positioned to climb even higher in the rankings.

In addition to this feat, Edwards made another notable advancement in NBA history. With his 39th career game featuring at least 30 points, five assists, and five rebounds (including playoffs), Edwards surpassed Michael Jordan for the sixth most such games by a player under 24, according to StatHead.

Despite drawing some controversy earlier in his career for comments about Jordan's era, Edwards continues to showcase why he is considered one of the league’s premier talents. His recent exploits only further solidify his status as a rising star in the NBA.
