Hailey Bieber's sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, has been arrested after an alleged altercation with employees at Club Elan, a bar in Savannah, Georgia. The 31-year-old was taken into custody on Saturday night, according to TMZ.

Reports suggest that Alaia became unruly at the bar, assaulting three staffers and even throwing a used tampon at a bartender in the employee bathroom. The bartender, Haliegh Cauley, has expressed her intention to press charges against Baldwin over the incident.

The owner of Club Elan called 911, claiming that Alaia had physically confronted his employees and refused to leave the establishment. Witnesses at the scene stated that Alaia entered the employees-only restroom despite being instructed not to use it. When redirected to the public restroom, she allegedly became combative and assaulted three employees.

One security guard claimed that Alaia pulled out his hair while he attempted to restrain her, while another accused her of kicking him in the groin. The third employee, a female bartender, encountered Alaia when she tried to use the employee restroom. She allegedly informed Alaia that she needed a moment to vomit and change her tampon. According to the bartender, when she returned to check on Alaia, she was hit with a tampon that Baldwin allegedly threw.

Cauley described the incident, stating that she asked Baldwin and her friends to leave, but Alaia seemed confrontational and had a visibly intimidating expression. Baldwin allegedly challenged the bartender, asking if she believed her and showing her the tampon. Cauley claimed that Baldwin swung her arm, causing the tampon to touch her face.

Security personnel eventually managed to contain Alaia and remove her from the bar. In addition to pressing charges, Cauley plans to file a lawsuit, concerned about the bodily fluid that came into contact with her during the altercation.

A police report obtained by E! summarized Alaia's statements, in which she initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom but later admitted to doing so. She also initially denied throwing the used tampon but later confirmed that she did.

Alaia, who is a member of the famous Baldwin family, was ultimately arrested for multiple charges, including simple assault, simple battery, battery, and trespassing. Her attorney, Drew Findling, acknowledged the events, expressing Alaia's embarrassment and sadness. He stated that she is taking proactive measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.

Alaia's arrest comes shortly after her father, Stephen Baldwin, requested prayers for Hailey and her husband Justin Bieber. The arrest raises concerns among fans, but the focus remains on the consequences of Alaia's alleged actions at the Georgia bar.
