Alaia Baldwin, sister of supermodel Hailey Bieber, found herself in legal trouble over the weekend in Savannah, Georgia. According to a police report obtained by ET, the 31-year-old model was arrested and charged with assault and battery following an incident at Club Elan in downtown Savannah.

The police report states that officers from the Savannah Police Department responded to a call at approximately 2:30 a.m. The bar manager informed them that several of his employees had been assaulted by Baldwin. Allegedly, she had thrown up in the bathroom and was being escorted out of the bar when she became aggressive.

The report reveals that security footage showed Alaia forcefully entering the locked employee bathroom, despite being directed to use the public restroom nearby. It is alleged that during her removal from the premises, she threw a used tampon at a bartender and engaged in physical altercations with several bar employees. Video footage captured her resisting the removal and reportedly grabbing and pulling one bouncer's hair while hitting another bouncer in the genitals.

After being forcefully removed from the bar, Alaia called the police to report being forcefully removed, initially denying her actions. However, she later admitted to throwing the tampon and justified her physical aggression as self-defense.

As a result of the incident, Alaia Baldwin now faces multiple charges. She has been charged with one count of simple assault for allegedly throwing the tampon, one count of simple battery for kicking a bouncer in the genitals, one count of battery for pulling a bouncer's hair out, and criminal trespass for refusing to leave the club after being told to do so multiple times. The case is currently under investigation.

It is worth noting that Alaia, who is also a model and a mother, is the older sister of Hailey Bieber.
