### Abby Lee Miller Files Lawsuit Against L.A. Hospital Over Alleged Surgical Negligence

Abby Lee Miller, known widely for her role in "Dance Moms," has taken legal action against Cedars-Sinai Marina Hospital and two of its doctors, alleging malpractice following a 2020 spinal surgery. Miller claims that the surgical procedure, which initially seemed successful, left her in continuous abdominal pain due to a retained foreign object.

According to Miller, she communicated her discomfort to multiple healthcare professionals, including the doctors responsible for her surgery. Despite her persistent complaints, she alleges that her concerns were largely dismissed until a CT scan revealed the cause of her symptoms: a retained catheter purportedly left in her body during the surgery.

The lawsuit, which accuses the hospital and the doctors of medical negligence, professional negligence, and medical battery, sees Miller seeking at least $1.4 million in damages. This legal action highlights significant concerns regarding post-operative care and patient advocacy within the hospital's practices.
