In-N-Out Burger's COO, Denny Warnick, attributed the closure to the "frequency and severity" of crimes experienced by customers and staff, including car break-ins, property damage, theft, and armed robberies.

Notably, this will be the first time In-N-Out Burger has ever had to close one of its restaurants. It is worth mentioning that the Denny's and In-N-Out restaurants are located in close proximity, less than a mile apart.
