Brentford and West Ham United played to a 1-1 draw in an intense English Premier League match at the Gtech Community Stadium.

The game started off with an early goal from Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo, who found the back of the net with a left-footed shot in the 1st minute. He was assisted by Fábio Carvalho with a headed pass. Brentford had the early advantage with a 1-0 lead.

However, West Ham United fought back and showed their resilience. In the 54th minute, Tomás Soucek equalized for West Ham with a left-footed shot from the center of the box. Michail Antonio provided the assist, and the score was tied 1-1.

Both teams made substitutions throughout the game to try and find a winning goal, but the defenses held firm, and the score remained unchanged until the final whistle.

The match was marked by some disciplinary actions, with Emerson of West Ham receiving a yellow card in the 14th minute for a bad foul. Yehor Yarmoliuk of Brentford also received a yellow card in the 67th minute for a foul. Keane Lewis-Potter of Brentford and Maximilian Kilman of West Ham were both cautioned with yellow cards in the 87th minute and 90+3rd minute, respectively.

The result sees Brentford and West Ham United both earn a point from the match. Brentford's next game will be against Wolverhampton Wanderers on October 5th, while West Ham United will face Ipswich Town on the same day in the Premier League.
