In an impressive offensive display, the No. 11 Wisconsin Badgers secured a convincing 91-78 win over the Indiana Hoosiers, improving their season record to 14-4, including an impressive 6-1 in Big Ten play. The Badgers showcased their dominance throughout the game, earning their seventh win in the last eight games and their 13th victory in the last 15 matchups.

Leading the charge for Wisconsin was junior guard Max Klesmit, who delivered a stellar performance, accumulating 26 points. Klesmit's remarkable contribution included an incredible streak in the second half, where he scored 20 consecutive points. His sharp shooting was on full display, as he went 5-for-6 from beyond the arc, solidifying his position as a key offensive threat for the Badgers.

This win marks the fourth time in the last nine seasons that Wisconsin has started their campaign with a 6-1 or better record, replicating their success in the 2022, 2017, and 2015 seasons. The Badgers continued their dominance at home, winning their tenth game at the Kohl Center this season, further enhancing their impressive record of 353-68 (.838) on their home court - the 11th-best home record in the country among active venues.

Head coach Greg Gard celebrated a milestone as well, reaching his 99th Big Ten victory. Gard's overall record now stands at 178-97 (.647) and 99-62 (.615) in Big Ten play, securing him the 23rd spot on the Big Ten's all-time conference wins list.

The Badgers' superior performance against the Hoosiers stretches beyond this game, as they claimed their 20th consecutive home win over Indiana, establishing the longest-ever home winning streak against the Hoosiers. In fact, the win against Indiana also marked Wisconsin's 24th victory in the last 28 meetings between the two teams.

Wisconsin showcased their offensive prowess by shooting an impressive 59.6% from the field, their second-best mark this season and their highest in Big Ten play. They also nailed 10 three-pointers, outscoring the Hoosiers from beyond the arc yet again. Notably, the Badgers surpassed the 80-point threshold for the sixth time this season, further highlighting their offensive firepower.

The depth of the Wisconsin bench was evident as they outscored the Hoosiers' bench 24-10, adding to the team's well-rounded performance. Additionally, the Badgers demonstrated their accuracy at the free-throw line, converting an impressive 25 of their 29 attempts (86.2%). This marks the eighth time this season that Wisconsin has attempted 25 or more free throws in a game.

With this victory, the Badgers continue their impressive scoring streak, surpassing the 70-point mark in their 12th consecutive game, the team's longest such streak since the 1970-71 season. Their scoring average of 76.5 points per game places them at their highest scoring mark since the 1993-94 season, with hopes of sustaining this offensive momentum moving forward.

The Wisconsin Badgers have proven once again that they are a force to be reckoned with in the Big Ten. With their dominant performance against the Indiana Hoosiers, they have solidified their position as a top contender in the conference, showcasing their offensive firepower and meticulous attention to detail. As the season progresses, the Badgers will undoubtedly be a team to watch, with their eyes set on achieving greater heights in the competitive world of college basketball.
