WWE Announces Money In The Bank and NXT Heatwave Events Coming to Toronto in July 2024

Stamford, Conn. - WWE, a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, has officially announced that Toronto will be hosting a blockbuster weekend of wrestling events in July 2024. The highly anticipated Money In The Bank and NXT Heatwave events will take place at the Scotiabank Arena on Saturday, July 6th and Sunday, July 7th respectively.

This exciting announcement marks the first time that Toronto will be hosting the annual premium live event, Money In The Bank. WWE Chief Content Officer, Paul "Triple H" Levesque, expressed his excitement about bringing the event to the passionate sports entertainment capital of Canada. In a statement, Levesque said, "Toronto is an amazing city with a passion for sports entertainment. We're excited to bring Money In The Bank to Canada for the first time, as we continue to lock down the most globally focused schedule in company history."

The jam-packed weekend of wrestling in Toronto will kick off with Friday Night SmackDown on July 5th and conclude with NXT Heatwave on July 7th, featuring the brightest young talent in sports entertainment.

In addition to the Toronto events, WWE has announced that four Premium Live Events will be held in international markets in the first eight months of 2024. These include Elimination Chamber: Perth in Australia on February 24th, WrestleMania Backlash in Lyon, France on May 4th, and Bash in Berlin, Germany on August 31st.

Money In The Bank, one of the most highly anticipated events of the year, will showcase WWE's biggest Superstars as they battle it out to secure a briefcase containing a contract for a championship match. The winner can cash in the contract at any time and place of their choosing within the next year.

WWE fans will have the opportunity to secure priority access to Money In The Bank through exclusive partner On Location. Priority Passes will offer fans a range of exciting benefits, including premium seating, all-inclusive pre-show hospitality with WWE Superstar appearances, ringside photo opportunities, exclusive merchandise, deluxe accommodations, and much more.

Money In The Bank will be available for streaming exclusively on Peacock in the U.S., while in Canada, fans can catch the action on WWE Network through Sportsnet+.
