In addition to claiming the top honor, "The Zone of Interest" also earned the best director award for Jonathan Glazer, as well as a technical achievement award for its remarkable music and sound by Mica Levi and Johnnie Burn. The London critics also acknowledged outstanding achievements in other categories, including British/Irish performer of the year, awarded to Paul Mescal for his notable body of work in 2023. Mia McKenna-Bruce was recognized with the critics group's first international breakthrough performance award for her role in "How to Have Sex."

"Past Lives," directed by Celine Song, was named foreign-language film of the year, while Hayao Miyazaki's "The Boy and the Heron" won the new animated film award, showcasing the excellence of these international cinematic gems.
