Seattle Man Arrested Outside Taylor Swift's Tribeca Home for Second Time

A 33-year-old man from Seattle, David Crowe, was arrested in New York on Monday after loitering outside singer Taylor Swift's Tribeca home for the second time in three days. The arrest took place around 6 p.m. when multiple reports were made to the police about an "emotionally disturbed male acting erratically."

According to the New York Police Department (NYPD), officers found Crowe harassing several people and took him into custody "without further incident." Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident. Crowe has been charged with two counts of harassment and two counts of stalking.

This was not the first time Crowe targeted Swift's residence. On Saturday, at around 1:35 p.m., he attempted to open a door to a building in the same location. Police investigations revealed that Crowe had an active warrant for a 2017 incident in Brooklyn, leading to his initial arrest.

It appears that Swift was not present at her home during Monday's incident. ABC News reports that she was in Buffalo on Sunday night watching her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs secure victory in the AFC playoffs. Swift is currently on her "The Eras Tour," with her next performance scheduled for Tokyo on February 7th. She had previously performed two shows at Seattle's Lumen Field in July.

Authorities are continuing to investigate Crowe's motives and are taking swift action to ensure the safety and security of Taylor Swift and her residence.
