Waddingham, known for her role in the hit show Ted Lasso, discussed her intense action sequence with Cruise's character, Ethan Hunt, and expressed her admiration for the actor.

Waddingham revealed that the scene was filmed over a five-day period on the USS George H.W. Bush fighter carrier. Keeping her character's details under wraps, she teased the intensity of the action sequence, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the release of the film.

During her time working with Cruise, Waddingham came to know him as one of the "loveliest, encouraging, positive, and inspiring human beings" she had ever met.
