World-famous supermodel Gisele Bündchen recently discussed the ups and downs of parenthood and her amicable co-parenting relationship with ex-husband Tom Brady in a revealing cover story for Harper's Bazaar. While Bündchen may be a fashion icon, she admitted that even she faces pushback from her children when it comes to parenting decisions.

Bündchen shared that her son Benjamin and daughter Vivian sometimes have differing opinions due to the two different households they now navigate. However, the Brazilian beauty believes in imparting the same values her own mother taught her onto her children.

Acknowledging the challenges, Bündchen expressed, "Sometimes, I get pushback, especially because now they're in two different homes and there are two different ways. But I feel like I owe it to my kids because of what my mom taught me."

One of the primary lessons Bündchen wants to instill in her children is the importance of learning to be independent in the real world. To her, this begins with how they approach tasks in their daily lives.

"The way you make your room, the way you organize and make your bed is the way you're going to do your life," Bündchen explained. "If you're not learning here and now, then when and with who?"

Despite their divorce in 2022, Bündchen and Brady have managed to create a mature and harmonious co-parenting dynamic. According to a source cited by Us Weekly in December, the former couple approaches raising their children in a "really mature way."

In the interview with Harper's Bazaar, Bündchen also touched upon her ability to remain unfazed by external opinions and rumors. She emphasized that she does not allow herself to be affected by what others say about her.

"I can't really worry about what other people say about me because what they say about me is none of my business. It's really their business that they're trying to project onto me," Bündchen stated. "If I'm going to be affected by that, I'm never going to live my truth."
