Actor Alan Ruck, best known for his role in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," is doing well after his involvement in a multi-car crash at a pizzeria in Hollywood. Thankfully, no fatalities occurred in the incident, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times.

The crash took place on Halloween at the intersection of La Brea Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. Ruck's Rivian truck collided with several vehicles before crashing into the side of Raffallo's Pizza. Surveillance footage revealed that Ruck's truck was traveling south on La Brea when it rear-ended one vehicle, pushing it into the intersection where it struck another car. Meanwhile, the Rivian truck continued in a southwest direction, colliding with a separate vehicle before plowing into the pizzeria. Disturbing photos depicted the truck's cab breaking through the building's exterior.

Although minor injuries were reported, the Los Angeles Police Department stated that there were no fatalities and no arrests made in relation to the incident. A 32-year-old man from one of the other vehicles involved in the collision was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Alan Ruck himself emerged unscathed from the crash and was seen speaking with authorities at the scene. In a video obtained by TMZ, the 67-year-old actor reassured onlookers that he was okay. "I'm fine and thank God nobody was killed," Ruck said.

Interestingly, Ruck's recent accident drew comparisons to a famous scene from his iconic 1986 film, "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," where his character crashes a Ferrari. During a conversation with paparazzi, the actor acknowledged the similarities between the incidents but stated that his current injuries, such as a limp and a brace on his left knee, were not a result of the crash. "This isn't from the accident," Ruck clarified. "This is because I'm getting old."

In another intriguing turn of events, a snow-shoveling injury sustained by Ruck was incorporated into an episode of the hit TV show "Succession." Ruck's shoulder injury led to him wearing a cast, which was written into the storyline of a Season 3 episode set at Kendall Roy's birthday party.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that the crash involving Alan Ruck's Rivian truck was not a result of any criminal activity, and impairment was not suspected. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of staying vigilant on the road and adhering to traffic regulations to avoid accidents.

As of now, Ruck is recovering from his recent mishap and is grateful that no lives were lost in the collision. His fans and well-wishers are relieved to hear that the actor is safe and sound following the harrowing incident.
