**Kanye West Sued by Former Assistant for Alleged Drugging and Sexual Assault**

Kanye West, now known as Ye, is facing serious legal accusations from his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta. In newly filed California court documents, Pisciotta alleges that West drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs. This recent development adds to a string of allegations Pisciotta has leveled against the rapper, including sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The amended lawsuit, filed on October 8 and obtained by TMZ, details an event where Pisciotta and a client were invited to one of Combs' studio sessions. According to the suit, drinks were served under the condition that everyone had to consume them to stay. Pisciotta claims she felt disoriented after taking a few sips of a beverage poured under West’s direction. For years, she believed she had simply been drugged and embarrassed herself at the event. It wasn't until later that West allegedly recounted the incident to her, indicating they "did kind of hook up" and providing specific details of the encounter.

While Combs is named as the co-host of the event, Pisciotta has not accused him of any wrongdoing in this case. The former music mogul is currently in jail awaiting trial for unrelated charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Pisciotta had filed an initial lawsuit in June, where she accused West of repeated sexual harassment. She cited graphic text messages from the rapper, including one where he expressed conflicted desires about sexual acts and another where he made an offensive comment about his own anatomy.

Additionally, Pisciotta accused West of being fixated on the penis size of her past partners and claimed that he masturbated during phone conversations with her. West's legal representatives responded with a lengthy statement, denouncing Pisciotta’s claims and stating that she had attempted to use sexual coercion for personal gain. The statement further alleges that during her employment, Pisciotta behaved inappropriately and sought material benefits, including luxury items and plastic surgery.

The Hollywood Reporter has reached out to Kanye West's representatives but has yet to receive a comment on the latest legal actions filed against him. As this case unfolds, it brings further scrutiny to the rapper and the complex legal battles surrounding him.
