According to documents obtained by TMZ, an unnamed plaintiff has accused Jamie Foxx of sexual assault that allegedly took place at Catch NYC in 2015. The plaintiff claims to have met Foxx at the restaurant around 1 a.m. and asked for a photo. She alleges that Foxx, who appeared to be intoxicated, responded with comments such as "Sure, baby anything for you," "Wow, you have that supermodel body," and "You smell so good." The plaintiff further states that Foxx then pulled her to the back of the rooftop, where he allegedly began touching her inappropriately.

The plaintiff asserts that she attempted to escape from Foxx's grasp but was overlooked by the security personnel present at the venue. She alleges that Foxx then went on to sexually assault her by inserting his finger into her vagina and anus, resulting in her requiring medical treatment.

Foxx's spokesperson, however, challenges the allegations, stating that the incident "never happened." The spokesperson emphasizes that a similar lawsuit was filed by the same individual in 2020, which was subsequently dismissed. Foxx's team expresses confidence that the claims will be dismissed again, and once that happens, Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against the plaintiff and her attorneys for re-filing this "frivolous action."

The unnamed plaintiff is suing Foxx, Catch, and its employees over the alleged incident. This lawsuit is one of many recent legal actions filed against powerful men in the entertainment industry.
